Payment options:
For items that totals to or over BND100.00 can be paid by monthly installments for over a period of 3 months.
Payments can be made upon pick up or simply through bank transfers. *account details available upon request*
For bank transfers, payments are to be made 3 days before pick up date. *please notify us when payment is made with your details*
We DO NOT accept credit cards.

Customers need to sign an agreement form.
For bookings:
10% refundable booking fee is required. Items booked will be put on hold for over a period of one (1) week.
Pre Order Items:
10% refundable fee is required. Balance can be paid upon pick up.
Pre order items will be InsyAllah arrive within 10 working days. Time allowance of 1 week is given before your items is open for sale.
Once the item has arrived, we will notify you and arrange for pick up.
Delivery:
A pick up place is to be agreed upon both parties at their own convenience with no extra charge.
Weekdays (Monday - Friday) : 5:oopm - 6:30pm
Weekends (Saturday - Sunday): 12:oopm - 6:30pm
*subject to time availability.
Deliveries (homes or offices) can be arranged with extra charges as follows:
Brunei Muara: $3.00BND
Tutong: $5.00BND
Belait: $10.00BND
*Please take note that deliveries in Tutong and Belait can only me made on Sunday.
*There are strictly NO refund or exchange once sold.
